Some subscribers have asked how they can upgrade from Calendar Level to a Premium Level subscription. If you have a yearly Calendar Level subscription, send me an email and I’ll upgrade your access and change the expiration date to reflect the new rate.  If you have a monthly subscription via paypal, cancel that subscription and send me an email that you wish to upgrade. I’ll change your access now, and your expiration date to reflect the new level. When that date arrives, resubscribe as a monthly Premium subscriber.
