		<description>November 14 is also a tidal turn date the way I calculate it. Lunar gravity on earth is ~2/3 of the total effect on tides, so full moons are often associated fairly closely with short term tidal cycles. 

October 28 and November 5 were the last two tidal turn dates.</description>
